I see you. You’re tired, stretched thin, juggling all the responsibilities life demands of you.

You want to feel good in your body, but the perfectionism that drives your success elsewhere just leaves you spinning when it comes to your health.

Your sleep isn’t great. Stress feels constant. Your body doesn’t respond the way it used to, and sometimes, you’re wondering if hormones, perimenopause, or other internal shifts are making everything harder.

Here’s the truth: it’s not your fault. You didn’t fail—those plans and other coaches failed you.

I’m Angela, a NBHWC Health & Wellness Coach, certified nutrition coach, and personal trainer. I’m here to walk beside you as you find rhythms that actually fit your real life and make the goals you have for yourself feel possible.

But I’m not the expert here when it comes to your story, your body, your dreams—you are. My role is to be your co-pilot: guiding, encouraging, sometimes giving you a gentle nudge, and always celebrating your wins (no matter how “small” you think they are).

What will we do differently?

  • Truth, no tricks. I won’t hand you gimmicks, cookie cutter approaches, or restrictive rules or a list of “shoulds” that lack room for being human. I won’t tell you to just do what worked for me (and make you feel shame when it doesn’t work for you). What we build is 100% up to you.

  • Excitement you can feel. I love this work and my clients. Even when you feel like you’re stepping outside your comfort zone, you’ll have no doubt that I’m in your corner rooting for you.

  • Hormonal health in focus. If you’re navigating perimenopause, hormonal shifts, or just feeling “off,” I’ll help you understand what’s happening in your body and create strategies that support your energy, mood, and cycles.

  • Deep health for the whole person. We’ll go beyond food and exercise, because those will only go so far if you haven’t addressed your foundational systems: sleep, rest and stress management, relationships, hormones, habits, environment–it all matters.

  • Safe, but never boring. Yes, we’ll work hard on addressing what your goals and why they are important to you, but our focus will be building sustainable shifts that still allow you to enjoy what’s important. Pursuing health is serious, but there’s laughter and lightness here too!

Hi, I’m Ang!

I’m an NBHWC Health & Wellness Coach, certified nutrition coach, and personal trainer with over 10 years in the fitness and health world. My passion? Helping women create a healthy, joyful relationship with food, exercise, rest, and their bodies.

Why? For more than a decade, I feared food, hated my body, and used exercise as punishment. I know how exhausting it feels to fight yourself every day. Recently, I found myself in a new season–perimenopause. I had doctors telling me that I was too young and the intense mood shifts, irregular sleep, and brain fog were “normal” and that I just needed to deal with it. I knew my life, my relationships, and my health deserved better, so I began my own journey of finding new rhythms that support rest, stress, and physical health in this new phase of life. I know how exhausting it is to not be heard and to fight for yourself every day. These frustrations, and the loneliness that came with it, are why I turned my mess into my mission: to help women finally feel in sync with their bodies and unstoppable in their lives.

I want you to know:

  • I believe every body is a good body- and I’ll scream this from the rooftops until I lose my voice

  • It’s never too late to make a change, and no change is too small to make a big difference in your life

  • I get high on breakthroughs (yours, not mine).

  • When you win, I’ll celebrate with you (dance party?!?!). And if you cry, you’ll feel my hug through the screen. I’m here for all the ups and downs I know come from being brave enough to get vulnerable, choose yourself, and step outside of your comfort zone

  • When it comes to your health goals, you’ll never be told you need more willpower- you’ll be supported in finding what actually works for you… because you know you best (even if you don’t fully realize it yet)

  • We will never strive for perfection here. And when perfectionism does pop up? I’ll be in your corner reminding you how amazing you are until you believe it yourself. 

Beyond coaching, I’m a mom, wife, lululemon ambassador, hummus connoisseur, and costume party enthusiast. I’m also a big fan of Beyonce, Fleetwood Mac, chocolate, books, and tiny spoons.
